Local Priorities

The Priority for the Bilborough ward for the next three months, commencing 01/04/2026 will be antisocial behaviour.
Over the last few months we have identified a number of locations where ASB has increased. Consultation with residents and partners has identified the need for some increased problem solving and partnership working.
Together we will address the issues.

Status Update

June Update
ASB on the Bilborough Ward during May has remained low which is pleasing given the extraordinary hot weather we have seen.
We are aware of the sporadic issues around Birchover park and believe we have identified two of the kids involved, one of which is 9 years old, so under the age of criminal responsibility. His parents do hold a responsibility however for his behaviour and we will be working with their housing provider to ensure they parent effectively alongside submitting relevant referrals for support.
This brings me onto a general plea to all parents who live on the Bilborough ward, Please be aware of where your children are , who they are with and what they are getting up to !
